In purchasing any Giftaboo Ltd products on
www.giftaboo.co.uk you are agreeing to comply with our Terms and Conditions set out below.
We Reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at our discretion. At the point of purchase you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions, purchases can not be made without doing so. Please take the time to read the Terms and Conditions available.

Purchases
1, Subscriptions
1.1, Prices quoted on the website are correct at the point of purchase and include the cost of delivery.
1.2, At the point of purchase we will take payment for the full subscription amount using the Stripe platform. The subscriptions available are for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 12 months. Subscription boxes are dispatched monthly on the 17
th, or closest working day of each month. Goods will not be dispatched until confirmation the payment has been received
1.3, Subscriptions purchased on or after 11
th of each month will be despatched on 17
th or closest working day of the following month.
1.4, We reserve the right to change the fees for any goods at any time.
1.5, Subscription boxes do not work on an auto renewal basis.
2, Store Purchases
2.1, Prices quoted on the website are correct at the point of purchase and do not include the cost of delivery unless stated otherwise.
2.2, At the point of purchase we will take the full purchase value using the Stripe platform. Items will be dispatched wherever possible within two working days of receipt of full payment.
2.3, We reserve the right to change the fees for any goods at any time.
3, Delivery
3.1, Delivery is to Mainland UK only via 2
nd class postage. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods where required.
3.2, If you wish to purchase outside Mainland UK please get in touch using

3.3, We will deliver to the address completed at checkout. Please ensure this is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to any parcels due to incorrect delivery details. Any replacement items due to incorrect delivery information will be at the cost to the customer.
3.4, We will despatch all subscription boxes on the 17
th or closest working day of each month. We do not accept responsibility for any items delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.
3.5, Where possible we will despatch all other purchases (not including subscription boxes) within two working days of receipt of full payment.
3.6, If you fail through no fault of ours to accept delivery of the goods, we may charge reasonable costs to redeliver the item.
3.7, Any changes to delivery addresses must be made by emailing
[email protected] quoting your order number before the 1
st of the month. For store purchases delivery addresses can not be changed once the order has been accepted.
3.8, In the event your parcel is undelivered, you must notify Giftaboo Ltd within 7 working days of dispatch date by emailing
[email protected]
4, Cancelling Subscriptions
4.1, You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. If you have already received your first subscription box, this will need to be returned at your cost in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued when the item has been returned in a resaleable condition to Giftaboo Ltd, 3 Wellfield Court, Royston, Barnsley, S71 4QN. By this, we mean the item should be sealed and undamaged.
4.2, Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, when your item has been inspected.
4.3, You cannot cancel your prepaid subscription mid term.
5, Returns
5.1, Store purchases can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and be in the condition you received it.
5.2, To return an item email
[email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
5.3, Items are returned at a cost to the customer. Refunds for the cost of the item (excluding delivery costs) will be issued when the item has been returned in a resaleable condition to Giftaboo Ltd, 3 Wellfield Court, Royston, Barnsley, S71 4QN. By this, we mean the item should be sealed and undamaged.
5.4, Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, when your item has been inspected.
6, Damaged Items
6.1, Items received damaged or with a manufacturers fault can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To do so please email
[email protected] detailing your order number and issue with the product.
6.2, Items should be returned to Giftaboo Ltd, 3 Wellfield Court, Royston, Barnsley, S71 4QN in the original packaging.
6.3, Where stock is available a replacement item will be delivered upon receipt of the damaged product. Where a replacement item is not available a full refund will be processed to your original payment method upon receipt of your item.
7, Goods
7.1, The description of goods on the www.giftaboo.co.uk catalogues, newsletters or any other form of advertising is for illustrative purposes only. Items are subject to small discrepancies in appearance and description.
7.2, Items listed on
www.giftaboo.co.uk and any other form of advertising are subject to availability.
7.3, Images used for the advertising of subscription box are not indicative of what you will receive. These images are for illustrative purposes only.

8.1, Giftaboo Ltd makes every effort that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that using
